Monthly TBRs

February 2016 TBR

I’m planning a really loaded reading this month for someone who can’t even read more than 3 books a month… I highly doubt I’ll get to them all so I’ll just consider my list as a variety of options.

In February there’s going to be a Feminist Readathon over at NerdyTalks and these are the books I’ll be reading specifically for this readathon:

Akata Witch by Nnedi Okorafor and Illuminae by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff

February is also the month where love is in the air so I want to finish                                 To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before by Jenny Han

And read Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen for my #2016classicschallenge. Kinda cliche huh?

In the U.S and Canada, February is also Black History Month so these are books I want to read in honor of that:

I just realized these were both by Walter Dean Myers! Anyways, they are Monster and Juba! I might add more to this portion later on.

We’ll see if my determination will be enough to get through my TBR. Luckily, this year February has one more extra day hahahaha 😉
